What the surviving evidence establishes
A Carcass bibliography retains the PyroMusic interview address numbered 99. Its visible citation establishes a connection with the old interview section, but does not identify the person interviewed or the date of publication.
Without a verified copy, assigning the conversation to Jeff Walker or Bill Steer would be guesswork. This record therefore preserves the address and its evidence without presenting new quotations or an invented account of the interview. [1]
What this record does not establish
Complete original interview text and original publication date have not been independently recovered.
